Speaker: Cira

Cira is a bluegrass musician, streamer and trans woman. She grew up in Greensboro NC in the Moravian faith where she learned to play mandolin and dulcimer. Eleven years ago, she moved to Atlanta to attend the University of North Georgia. After completing her education degree she transitioned from male to female. She started playing banjo around this time specifically focusing on the claw hammer playing style. Now she works making videos for the Internet and doing live streams playing video games and sharing music from her record collection.
