Speaker: Angelina Carpenter
Angelina Carpenter is a hospice chaplain who has sojourned with over 500 people on their final journey. While living in San Diego, the el Dia de los Muertos became an important ritual to keep her loved ones alive and present. She has worked for over 10 years in the medical field as a chaplain and has her own business assisting others in making their final plans of life.
Angelina earned her Master of Divinity from Earlham School of Religion – a Quaker school with a UU track and completed her post-graduate chaplain residency in Yuma, AZ. She is a member of our sister congregation — TN Valley UU Church in Knoxville, TN, where she completed her internship and is a hospice chaplain here in Franklin.
