* Because no host is named, it is important for everyone to remember to pitch in to help set up and clean up.

Sunday Helper Guides:

Hosts: Beginning the second Sunday in August 2010, we will begin implementing a simpler and more equitable procedure for hosting responsibilities after  Sunday services.  The host will prepare coffee (regular & decaf) in the kitchen before services and bring in ONE snack (plate of cookies, chips & dip, or fruit, etc.) to share with the congregation.  All of the coffee supplies are in the kitchen, and instructions for making coffee will be posted there. If you have any comments, concerns, or questions, please call or email Wanda Akers (828) 332-7893 or ncvagal@yahoo.com).  Thanks for your cooperation in our goal to simplify.
