What is The Baha'i Faith?

Debbie & Grant Wolf will join us to offer an introduction to the Bahai faith. The Bahai community in Franklin is part of our Interfaith Coalition. Brief Intro Explanation: Baha'u'llah (1817-1892) , the Founder of the Baha'i Faith, advanced the claim that His mission was to educate humanity for the long-awaited stage of global civilization characterized by an era of world wide peace and justice that has been foretold in sacred scriptures since ancient times. Baha'u'llah's teachings, centered on the principle of the oneness of humanity, offer us hopeful new ways to view our place and purpose in the world. Today we will talk briefly about the history and principles of the Baha'i Faith, the spiritual vision brought by Baha'u'llah and the practical approaches the Baha'i community is engaged in to help bring this vision to reality.
